Question & Answers
Do I really need an SEO audit?
Yes, definitely. An audit is the foundation of any effective SEO strategy. It helps uncover hidden issues, technical barriers, and missed opportunities that affect your site’s visibility and performance.
What types of SEO audits do you offer?
I offer:
Technical SEO audits;
Post-migration checks;
Traffic and ranking loss analysis;
Schema markup and E-E-A-T audits;
Comprehensive audits covering on-page, content, and backlink profile assessment.
How do you start SEO?
I usually begin by reviewing data from Google Search Console to understand how your site performs in search. Then, I run a full crawl using Screaming Frog and other tools to get a detailed picture of your website’s technical health and structure.
What will your deliverables look like?
I take a document-oriented approach – you’ll receive a customized, easy-to-follow report with findings, actionable recommendations, and clear next steps for your team to implement.
Can you implement audit recommendations?
While I’m not a developer myself, I can work closely with your team to guide SEO implementation. If you don’t have developers available, I collaborate with a reliable partner company that can handle the technical fixes. My services also include QA after implementation, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.
What will you handle directly, and what will remain on our side?
I manage SEO strategy, analysis, and quality control, while implementation tasks stay with your team.I handle:
Technical and on-page SEO audits
Content and keyword research, topic ideation, and content briefs
Recommendations on content removal or consolidation
SEO QA and small on-page fixes (titles, headings, alt texts, internal linking)
Collaboration with developers and writers
Optional backlink strategy and QA (no outreach)
What I Don’t Do Directly:
Code, server, and hosting changes
Writing content
Link placement and outreach
How do you QA developers’ SEO work?
I verify fixes directly in the website’s source code and through browser-based SEO extensions. I also revisit the previously identified issues to confirm they’re resolved correctly.
How do you measure success for your projects?
I measure success through Google Search Console metrics (impressions, clicks, and position changes), visibility improvements for targeted landing pages, and conversion data from analytics tools.
How do you plan keyword strategy for a new website?
Basically, choosing the right keywords depends on your business goals. First, I look at relevance to your topics, and second, I focus on intent, especially commercial intent keywords that can bring in leads and sales.
Can you work on a results basis?
Due to the unpredictable nature of SEO, guaranteeing specific results is difficult. Factors like algorithm changes and previous strategies impact outcomes. Instead, I focus on delivering transparent, ethical and data-driven SEO services aimed at sustainable growth.
Do you use a time tracker for your projects?
No, I don’t use time trackers. Much of my work involves in-depth research, analysis, and problem-solving – tasks that don't translate well into measurable tracked time. Instead, I typically work on a fixed-price or manual-time basis. This approach keeps the focus on delivering results.
